Thank you for your interest in renting Facility Space at the Palace Theater. We know that this is the perfect venue to host your special event. Our facility can seat groups of 80 cocktail style in our elegant Poli Club, 120 for a sit-down function in our ornate lobby spaces, or 260 on stage for a royal, catered affair.
Special event packages include host, space, and cleaning of the facility. As a full service facility, we would be happy to recommend caterers and vendors for you to obtain tables, chairs, dance floor, linens, table settings and other necessary items. The cost for these items is individually based on the number of anticipated guests/patrons and is not included in your rental estimate.

Our basic rental package represents a 5-hour block of time. The typical timeline is as follows:
- 1 hour set up time to include: Vendor Set-Up, Band and/or DJ Set-Up, Sound, Lighting, and Staging
- 1 hour rehearsal time
- 2 hour event
- 1 hour break down time
- Timeline can be adjusted to suit your needs, understanding that the 5 hour block of time is inclusive of set up and break down. Should your event require additional time, there is a surcharge for each additional hour.
- Dressing Room Availability; the bathroom(s) on the floor of your event in the Front of House Area
- Fire and Police are contracted and contacted by the Palace Theater
