PRESENTS AT THE PALACE
Waterbury Theater Drop-off Site for Holiday Toy Drive

WATERBURY – The Palace Theater is one of several partners teaming up with 96.5 TIC FM, to help make the holiday season a little bit brighter for  some of Connecticut’s children in need.
From November 27 through December 15, the Palace Theater will serve as a drop-off point for unwrapped, new or unused toy donations benefiting We Are The Children’s annual holiday toy drive. All contributions will be placed in the giant Palace gift box, located in the theater’s Box Office Lobby at 100 East Main Street in Waterbury. Community members are encouraged to drop-off donations between the hours of 10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, or between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturday. Contributions are also welcomed during all Palace presentations through December 15.

All event proceeds will benefit We Are The Children, a not-for-profit organization founded by 96.5 TIC FM morning radio personality Gary Craig, committed to raising funds for abandoned, battered, disadvantaged, and needy children year round. Last season alone, the organization raised over $800,000 in goods and services and hosted 1,100 children at its annual Christmas party. To date, We Are The Children is a 100% volunteer organization with all goods and services donated by members of the local communities. For additional information, visit www.palacetheaterct.org.
