Palace Theater Gives Kids Unique Backstage Learning Opportunity
WATERBURY – Learning in the Wings is a hands-on educational opportunity, where students 15 years and older can have a unique job shadowing experience alongside some of the most experienced backstage technicians in the departments of sound engineering, lights, wardrobe, carpentry, props, stage management and technical direction.
Students have the opportunity to opt for a one night job shadow opportunity or a full week internship. Interested students should call the Palace Theater’s Education Department at 203.755.8483 ext. 132, for more information and to schedule an interview.
