Patrons with Disabilities
The Box Office lobby, Grand Foyer and orchestra level are fully accessible from East Main Street. Wheelchair seating is located on the orchestra level. Please notify the Box Office in advance of any physical limitations that restrict seating assignments.
Assistive Listening Devices
Headsets are available for all performances and are located at the coat room window in the Box Office lobby. A driver's license or credit card will be required as a deposit.
MobileConnect Assistive Listening
The Palace Theater has installed a new Sennheiser MobileConnect Assistive Listening System, available for all Main Stage performances.
Transmitting sound over Wi-Fi in real time and in high quality to mobile devices and smartphones, the system allows our patrons with varying degrees of hearing loss to listen to our stage performers directly through their own streaming-capable Bluetooth devices, such as hearing aids, headphones and cochlear implants.
Patrons who wish to take advantage of this free service need to bring their own device and install the Sennheiser MobileConnect app before arrival at the theater. Once at the Palace, check in with us at the Coat Check to receive instructions.
