Wheelchair Accessible

Drop-off Zone
A handicap drop-off zone is conveniently located in front of the Box Office doors. The Palace Theater is equipped with ramps and elevators that operate between the Box Office Lobby, Orchestra Level & Mezzanine Levels of the theater.

Restrooms
Accessible restrooms can be found on the Orchestra Level, Mezzanine Level, and in the Poli Club.

Seating
The Webster Hall has wheelchair accessible locations where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs on the Orchestra Level. Please inform the Box Office of any accessibility needs when purchasing tickets. It is recommended that patrons who use wheelchairs bring a companion to assist them in maneuvering the wheelchair around the Palace Theater.

Assistive Listening Devices

Traditional Headsets
Headsets are available at Coat Check to assist with sound amplification and clarity. A driver’s license or credit card will be required as a deposit.

Hearing Aids
Hear the show directly in your Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids or cochlear implants. Visit us at Coat Check before the show begins to receive instructions on how to use the system. Please download the smartphone app Sennheiser MobileConnect before you visit the theater. For Apple Devices. For Android Devices.

Both services are available for all performances.

Open Captioned Performances

Open Captioning uses a text display to provide a simultaneous translation of dialogue and lyrics during a live performance as well as any sound effects on stage. This service is open to everyone for viewing in a designated seating area without any special equipment needed by the audience member. Refer to our open-captioning map to find the best seats during open captioned performances.

Sensory-Friendly performances are designed to create a relaxing performing arts experience that is welcoming to all families and friends with children or adults who are diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder or other sensitivity issues.
