Ticket Refunds
Once your order has been processed, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please make sure you’ve selected the proper event time, venue, and seat locations (when applicable) prior to completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
If an event is postponed or cancelled, patrons may exchange their ticket value to another performance (subject to availability), receive a credit on their account, donate the tickets back to the Palace Theater, or request a refund. Patrons must mail in their tickets to the Palace Theater Box Office in order for us to process a refund. For postponed shows, tickets with the original date are still valid for the new date.
Scalpers & Third Party Tickets
The Palace Theater DOES NOT allocate tickets or sell tickets to outside ticket brokers or resellers.
We cannot verify the authenticity of tickets purchased from these agencies or brokers. Tickets purchased through scalpers, brokers or other third parties may be counterfeit and inadmissible. Also, please be aware that ticket brokers may add substantial fees on top of the price they paid for the tickets they are reselling. We have no control over the fees they charge their customers.
Due to increased concerns about third party resellers, we will no longer be shipping tickets out of state. All out-of-state tickets will be held at Will Call in the Box Office until the performance time. Per our ticket policy, there are no refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed.
We strongly encourage you to purchase your tickets directly from our website at www.palacetheaterct.org or www.tickets.com. When you purchase from us, you will get the most current seat information, the best availability, the best prices, and all of your money will go to support the Palace Theater.
Ticketing Fees
All tickets are subject to processing and order fees. Fees may be waived when purchasing tickets in person at the Box Office for select shows.
Child Lap Policy
Children under 24 months of age do not require a paid ticket to sit on a parent's lap, but do need an infant ticket. Please contact the Box Office at 203.346.2000 for assistance with infant tickets.
Venue management is not responsible for artistic content and therefore, we ask that parents use discretion when deciding whether to purchase tickets for children. To ensure optimum enjoyment for all patrons, we recommend that children under the age of three only attend our family-friendly shows appropriate for this age group.
Lost Tickets
Lost tickets can be re-printed at the box office with a valid ID on the day of the event with a $2.00 per ticket processing fee.
Weather
All shows will go on as scheduled unless the Governor of the State of Connecticut issues a State of Emergency. If a performance is cancelled, information will be posted on www.palacetheaterct.org and the Palace Theater's Facebook page. WFSB TV 3, WFSB TV 8 and WATR 1320AM will also be notified.
If a show is cancelled or postponed, patrons may exchange to another performance (subject to availability), receive a credit on their account, or request a refund.
Drinking & Drug Policy
No alcohol or any illegal substances/drugs may be brought into the Palace Theater, nor consumed in any of the local parking lots. Violators will be cited by Waterbury Police and are subject to significant fines. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. The Palace Theater reserves the right to deny entry to anyone.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification inside the Palace Theater. The Palace Theater reserves the right to evict an underage patron who is observed to be drinking alcohol or to any patron who appears to be intoxicated.
All alcohol sales will cease after intermission or at the discretion of management.
