Box Office Sales & Service Representative
Broad Functions:
Provides customer service to patrons involving answering phones, processing ticket orders via phone or with direct public contact, and general office support. Shifts are show-based and can range from 4–6 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Use ticketing software to assist patrons with purchasing tickets
- Answer questions concerning single tickets, subscription memberships, upcoming shows, and local dining, and other general information
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone and customer service skills required
- Basic math skills required
- Night & weekend availability preferred
- Age Requirement: 16
